A Democratic primary will be held on December 8, 2009. There is only one Republican candidate, so there is no Republican primary. The general election to fill Senator Kennedy's seat will be held on January 19, 2010. The winner will serve out Senator Kennedy's term ending in 2012

Jury Duty
